Bitia (25yrs) is part of a sewing group that repairs clothes and makes school uniforms. It was an initiative by a local organisation to find work for people with albinism indoors out of the sun. Many years working in the fields mean the sun has already done its damage. The tumour on Bitia's face has been there for eight months.
